Services

Brick City Towing & Recovery provides towing and roadside assistance in Newark, NJ and surrounding areas. All service quotes are estimates; final pricing depends on distance, vehicle type, conditions, and time of service, and is confirmed before work begins. Response times are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed, as traffic, weather, and call volume affect them.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of dispatch.

Liability

We carry insurance and take care with every vehicle. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or losses beyond our reasonable control.

Non-Consensual Towing

Private-property and police-directed tows are governed by New Jersey law, including the Predatory Towing Prevention Act. Nothing on this site waives any right you have under those statutes.
